How are Appointments Scheduled?

The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available.

Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient we ask that you please notify our office 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. Please notify us if an emergency makes it impossible for you to give 48 hours notice so we can discuss this with you.

Cancellation Policy

Please do not cancel an appointment with a voice mail message. Instead, please talk to us during office hours to avoid confusion. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We charge $50.00 for each canceled or broken appointment if you do not give us the required advance notice.
